Please review the following information before purchasing, installing and using a SkyTrek, SkyFall, SkyShield or SkyFlat structure:

> The primary use of the structure proposed by Sea2party is to protect from the sun on the foredeck of a boat; the structure must be inflated and deflated on the deck of the boat. The inflation pressure is indicated in the information note provided with the structure, or if not mentionned, pressure must be the limit set by the pressure relief valve; consult this note before each use of the structure / half structure

> Inflating the structure should never be carried out if the PVC covering fabric (solid or micro-perforated PVC) is not installed on the structure; in the case of a covering with a cushion fabric, it must be placed on the PVC covering fabric before inflating the structure. In the event of a change of the PVC covering fabric or a change of the cushion covering fabric, the structure must first be deflated

> 2 adults are required for the assembly and installation of a structure / half structure and for its storage

> Do not install nor use the structure / half structure if the boat is moving. The boat must be totally immobile if the structure / half structure is used 

> Do not install and use the structure / half structure in windy conditions, heavy sea, heavy rain or bad weather. Store the structure / half structure as soon as the weather conditions change.

> Do not leave the structure unattended

> Deflate the structure / half structure if it is not used and store it.

> Check the inflation pressure of each half structure before each change of use gazebo <-> slide; check the inflation pressure of each inflated part every 10 hours maximum or when the weather changes. 
> Do not put the structure / half structure entirely on the water. Do not fill the structure / half structure with water

> The structure / half structure must remain folded in the transport bag and must not be used until it is inflated. If the structure is made up of several separately inflatable parts, all the parts must be inflated before using the structure.

> If a roof extension has been purchased for a given structure, it must exclusively be used and attached to the 2 half structures of that structure on the front deck. The roof extension can not be used as a slide nor be used on the water. Whatever the structure model is, being SkyTrek, SkyFall or SkyShield, it must not be equipped with more than1roof extension.

> Slide use: the slide use is strictely limited to a leisure use, not open to the public, and in the open sea. The structure being made to measure, the buyer and the user are solely responsible for judging the use of a half structure - or the structure in the case of the SkyFlat model - as a slide, also taking into account the boat. In particular, the dimensions of the half structure should be checked: the top of the half structure must be attached to the first deck of the boat and the half structure must rest on the water with a maximum slope of 40%. The cover fabric (PVC coated fabric) must imperatively be non perforated for slide use 

> The use as a slide requires constant supervision of the half structure and of its users from the boat by an adult in charge of safety. This supervisor must judge the ability of each user to use the structure and must be able to help anyone who needs it. The slide should be used by one person at a time only. All slide users must know how to swim perfectly; the maximum weight allowed for a user of the toboggan is 135 kilos/300lbs. The slide arrival area must be completely cleared before another user uses the slide. Each user must start sliding on the toboggan seated or lying down and remain seated or lying down until arriving in the water 

> Do not use a half structure as a slide in the event of sea currents

> The half structure in slide use must be firmely moored to the first deck of the boat and there must be no space between the slide and the first deck. The half structure must be moored to the boat with at least 2 ropes on each slide of the half structure.

> The half structure must under no circumstances be used from upper decks (other than the first deck)

> The inflation pressure of the half structure must be checked before slide use and comply with the recommendations indicated in the information note provided with the structure, or if not mentioned, pressure must be the limite set by the pressure relief valve

> The half structure must be watered to facilitate sliding and prevent its surface from being too hot in the sun; you can let a trickle of water run over the half structure while using the slide  

> The boat must imperatively be at anchor and motionless

> The half structure must not be deflated before being pulled out of the water and must remain attached to the deck of the boat by 2 ropes during drying and deflation

> In case of a SkyTrek model, only the rear half structure, meaning the half structure on CD side (see "your project" section), can possibly be used as a slide

 

> Make sure that you can lift, move, attach, inflate and store the structure / half structure and its cover or side fabrics, or the roof extension, without injuring yourself; have one or more additional crew members assist you as needed

> Be careful not to injure yourself or anyone else when handling the structure / half structure, the cover or side fabrics, the roof extension, the zips or with the ropes of your structure

> Be careful not to damage your boat with the structure / half structure, the cover or side fabrics or the roof extension or the ropes or the zips

> Deflate and put away your structure / half structure and the roof extension as soon as the wind picks up or if the sea starts to form  

> Do not bring the structure / half structure, cover or side fabrics or the roof extension or ropes near sources of intense heat such as candles, cigarettes, barbecues, etc.

> Do not use products other than water and Marseille soap to clean your structure / half structure, the fabrics of covers or sides or the roof extension and the ropes and zips

> Stow the structure / half structure and the roof extension before resuming navigation; store everything in a dry, temperate and ventilated place away from light

> Ensure that the structure / half structure, the cover or side fabrics or the roof extension and the ropes are stowed in the boat and firmly attached so that they do not injure anyone on board

Sea2party can not be held responsible for poor adaptation of the structure / half structure / roof extension to the boat for gazebo or slide use or for misuse of the structure / half structure, cover and side fabrics, roof extension and ropes and mooring lines provided ; the structure / half structure, the cover and side fabrics, the roof extension and the ropes are made to measure according to the specifications communicated by the buyer.
