Steps and deadlines to make your project a reality

GET YOUR PROJECT IN 3 STEPS

1. I launch a study
You request a study based on the model you have chosen. This study is chargeable but its cost will be deducted from your purchase price if you place an order for your project (step 3).

You will find in the “Your Study” menu the information to transmit to describe your project and launch the corresponding study. After analysis, we send you the result of the study, samples of PVC fabrics and a price proposal detailing all the options available to you. You will be free to select the options you want during step 2.

2. I confirm my choices 
You confirm your project and the exact options you want.

 

Thanks to the study, you make your choices that precisely define your final project. The study contains a preformated form that you must fill in and return to us. Once we received your choices, we send you the final order form.

3. I order
You place an order to receive your structure in accordance with your choices.

After you approved the order form, send it back and proceed with the payment. We start manufacturing as soon as we receive these elements.

Important Note:
Please note: you have 60 calendar days to confirm your choices (step 2) and place your order (step 3) from the date of receipt of the study (step 1). After this period, the study and the order form are no longer valid. You can no longer place an order on the basis of the initial study.

Manufacturing time

Time to study and manufacturing a structure

  1. Study: within approximately 2 to 4 weeks

  2. Production: ordered products will be sent within approximately 6 to 8 weeks, subject to fabric availability at the time of ordering

Time to study and manufacture fabrics or a roof extension after the initial purchase of a structure

  1. Study: within approximately 2 to 4 weeks

  2. Products will be sent in approximately 4 to 6 weeks, subject to fabric availability at the time of ordering

Processing orders and special orders

In order to satisfy our customers and our own requirements in terms of quality of service, we may voluntarily limit the number of studies that we carry out in parallel.
